Authentic leadership requires more than simply being yourself. It calls for self-awareness, mindfulness, and an understanding of how your values and actions affect the people you lead.

In Harvard Professional & Executive Development’s Authentic Leadership program, participants will examine the realities and complexities of authenticity at work while developing practical strategies to build trust, strengthen engagement, and lead with greater clarity and confidence.
