Hult Boston is a tech hub where people build, question, and put ideas to work.

At the Dell x NVIDIA Local AI Hackathon, Hult team, Ctrl+Tab took first place out of 150 builders in Boston who took on a one-day sprint: build an AI agent you’d actually deploy at work, with hardware on the line.

The hackathon was one part of a busy tech community at Hult Boston:

✔️ At Boston AI Week, speakers from business, higher education, media, and technology explored how to guide AI’s speed with human judgment. As Radhika Dutt of Radical Product Thinking put it: “AI brings us speed, but speed without direction is chaos. So how do you add that direction?”

✔️ At GDG Cloud Boston DevFest, talks and workshops brought developers and business professionals together around AI and technology.

Build. Question. Test. Learn. That’s what connecting business education with Boston’s tech community can look like.

Not even a month in, and our ENTR students are already having to seek legal advice? 🤝

Led by Professor Olga Kanj, PhD as part of the Venture Studio at Hult Dubai, students heard from Henzie Healley, a corporate-commercial lawyer with more than 10 years of experience in the UAE.

From legal structures and regulation to tech startups, e-commerce, import/export, and manufacturing, students came ready to ask the questions founders need to consider before turning an idea into a business.

Big ideas, practical questions, and real-world answers. A strong start for building ventures and industry connections.

First week, first cohort, first founders: entrepreneurship at Hult Dubai starts up. 🤝

Last week, Hult Dubai welcomed its first cohort of Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship (ENTR) students. One of their first opportunities to connect classroom learning with the real world was a guest speaker session with Nadine Audi, a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and co-founder and CEO of Diva-Me , and Prashant Prahlad, co-founder of the UAE-based femtech venture focused on women’s health and menstrual care.

Nadine and Prashant shared their experience of building a purpose-driven business, navigating challenges, and turning an idea into impact. In week one of their entrepreneurship degree, students spent an hour grilling two founders on what it really takes to build something from nothing. Their advice for aspiring entrepreneurs:

–Be passionate about the problem you’re solving.

–Listen to people and learn from their experiences.

–Be willing to unlearn so you can keep learning.

The session gave students an early opportunity to build connections with industry, hear directly from founders, and see how entrepreneurial ideas take shape beyond the classroom.

Across London, Boston, and Dubai, orientation week just welcomed one of the most exciting undergraduate cohorts Hult has seen.

Alongside a new generation of BBA students, this September marked the arrival of the first students enrolled in three new programs:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science for Business in Boston

Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship in Dubai

Bachelor’s in Psychology, Economics & Politics in London

New beginnings, new classmates from every corner of the world, and new programs taking shape in real time. From day one, these students are working alongside peers from dozens of countries, and experiencing the energy, ideas, and opportunities of the three global cities they now call home.

We can’t wait to see what this cohort does next. A very big welcome to every undergraduate student joining the Hult community this September. 🧡
