On April 16, Rutgers School of Business–Camden students had the opportunity to attend University Day at Janney Montgomery Scott, gaining an inside look at careers in financial services.

During this half-day experience, students heard from professionals across the firm about various career paths within the industry and what it takes to succeed in the field. They also participated in an Elevator Pitch Workshop, where they practiced and refined how to confidently introduce themselves in professional settings.

The event concluded with a networking lunch, allowing students to connect with Janney employees in a more relaxed environment and build meaningful professional relationships.

Our students did an excellent job representing Rutgers–Camden throughout the event. We thank Janney Montgomery Scott for hosting and providing this valuable learning experience.

Rutgers School of Business–Camden students had the opportunity to visit Subaru of America, Inc. Headquarters for an inside look at how business operates beyond the classroom.

Students heard from professionals across Sales Operations, Finance Incentives, and Service Quality, gaining valuable insight into career paths and how to apply their degrees in a real-world setting.

The visit also included the chance to connect with Rutgers interns currently working at Subaru, offering a relatable perspective on transitioning from student to professional.

From Classroom to Corporate: Campbell’s Visit 📍

RSBC students had the incredible opportunity to visit the global headquarters of The Campbell’s Company right here in Camden, NJ! From touring the corporate facility and learning about the company’s history to hearing from former interns and networking with Rutgers alumni, the day was full of insight and real-world connections.

Students also got a behind-the-scenes look at product development with a food scientist and visited the pilot food plant, where new ingredients for a popular snack were being tested. The visit wrapped up with valuable info on internship and career opportunities.
