Did you know WT has a rock that can make your voice sound like it’s coming from a surround sound system? 👀

Known as the Spirit Rock, this unique spot on the Vaughan Pedestrian Mall has been part of campus tours for years. While a physics professor found that the effect is actually caused by the surrounding circular surfaces that bounce sound back toward you, there’s still something pretty special about experiencing it for yourself.

Come explore WT, discover the Spirit Rock, and see what other campus traditions and hidden gems you can find along the way.

Ready to see what WT could look like for your student? 👀

Join us for Discover WT on October 17 and get a closer look at the Buff experience. Families will have the opportunity to tour campus, explore academic programs, meet professors, hear directly from current WT students, and learn more about admissions, scholarships, and student life.

It’s a great opportunity to get your questions answered, see campus in person, and start imagining what the next chapter could look like.
