The Southeast Regional Professional Development Center is one of nine regional professional development centers. We are located on the Southeast Missouri State University Campus, and we serve school districts in the following counties: Bollinger, Butler, Cape Girardeau, Carter, Dunklin, Madison, Mississippi, New Madrid, Pemiscot, Perry, Ripley, Scott, Ste.
