We toured the Eastern Michigan University GameAbove Performance Center with GM Dan McLean, and this facility is something else. Elite simulator bays, performance tracking tech, and an environment built to develop serious golfers.

Oh, and memberships are open to the public. Michigan winters are long. This is exactly the kind of place that makes them bearable.

P.S. The EMU women's program just made a Cinderella run to the national semifinals before falling to eventual champion Stanford. They were the only cold weather team to make it to match play. Coincidence? Not quite.
