The Rho Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc was founded in the late 1920s by eight members in the Miami Gardens section of Miami, Fl. The founding members of the chapter were Brother's Clarence Roberts, and an unnamed railroad employee, Kelsey Pharr, J.R. Since then the Rho Sigma Chapter has been a stable in the Miami Gardens area participating in everything from it's annual toy drive

with Toys For Tots, to setting up a local tax initiative program for low income families through the fraternities Project VITA initiative. The Rho Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc and it's members continue to live by the principles of Brotherhood, Scholarship, & Service as they serve their community daily.
