For the most robust and secure Wi-Fi experience on campus, connect to eduroam rather than the Toro Guest network. eduroam is ideal for accessing applications, streaming video, web conferencing and more.

📱 Using Android or another device? Find setup instructions for additional devices in the IT Knowledge Base.

💡 Having trouble connecting? Try forgetting the eduroam network and reconnecting. Students, be sure to use your full Toromail email address, not just your username.

⚠️ Phishing scams are evolving, and many no longer look suspicious.

Today’s attacks may use:
• QR codes linking to fake login pages
• AI-generated emails that sound convincing
• Fake Microsoft 365 sign-in pages
• Repeated MFA prompts
• Texts and chat requests pretending to be campus staff

Before responding or clicking:
✔ Verify the sender’s actual email address
✔ Pause before reacting to urgent requests
✔ Be cautious with QR codes
✔ Double-check login pages before entering credentials

If something feels suspicious, trust your instincts and verify through a known contact method.
