Our first Toddler Tuesday of the year was a SPLASH! 💦🫧 We had so much fun at our Splash Lab exploring STEM through water play, building boats, bubbles, and lots of hands-on fun! 🚤🔬

Thank you to everyone who came out and spent the morning with us—we loved seeing all of our little scientists learning, playing, and getting a little wet! 💙 Stay tuned for our next Toddler Tuesday! 🧪✨

Dive into the amazing world of water with a special guest from the Living Planet Aquarium and learn how they maintain water quality for their aquariums! Rotate through the following stations for fun, hands-on, educational activities:

💧Living Planet Aquarium

💧Make a Water Filter
💧Geology Dept. Stream Table
💧H20 Molecules
💧Hydropower
💧Create a Lava Lamp

This event partners with the Every Kid Outdoors Initiative and you can earn your Water Discovery badge just by attending. If you need a passport to start this adventure, you can pick one up at this event.

Wonder Wednesday is a free community event with activities geared towards kids, in K-6th grade. Everyone is welcome. Go to the welcome table first to get a wristband to participate. We hope to see you there!

Our first Toddler Tuesday of the year is quickly approaching. Join us for some Splash Lab fun on September 8th, 11 am-1 pm on the SUU library quad. Come prepared to get wet and learn the science of bubble fun. We will have a foam machine, build our own boats, have so many bubbles, and so much fun. Toddler Tuesday is a free event for 0-5 year old children and their families. See you there!

For our staff retreat this year we got to make taffy! 🍬 What a fun little getaway for our team as we gear up for the new year. Afterwards we went to lunch and set goals for our programs 📈 and also made commitments to work on communication and collaboration. We have an amazing team of hard working individuals who make the magic ✨ happen at the STEM Center. It's going to be a great year and we hope you'll come along for the ride! 🎢
