Fall semester is here, and we had a blast welcoming all of you to the hangar on orientation day!

For many of us, walking the flightline, working around aircraft, and living and breathing aviation has been part of everyday life for years. Sometimes it’s easy to forget just how exciting that first look inside the hangar can be.

Then we see it on your faces, and it all comes rushing back.

You’re at the beginning of something pretty incredible, and we’re excited to be part of it.

According to RotorPro's 2025 Helicopter Salary and Benefits Survey, 89% of pilots surveyed said that their employers provided some kind of retirement plan. For example, we offer a 14.2% straight contribution to a retirement plan for our flight instructors. 🚁
