University Housing at SUU This is the official page for University Housing on the Southern Utah University Campus! Take a virtual tour of the rooms on our website.

University Housing is a department of Southern Utah University. We offer traditional suite style & apartment style student housing options. www.suu.edu/housing

We provide students with education, assistance and entertainment outside the classroom. We focus on involvement & creating a sense of community where our students live. We offer Living Learning Communities (LLCs) where growth & development

are fostered by living with others with similar interests & aspirations. We plan at least one activity each month to that specific interest. In addition, every floor has a Resident Assistant (RA). RAs are student peer leaders living on the floor to assist residents with day to day questions. RAs plan activities for their specific residents to help them connect & make their home away from home an enjoyable & memorable experience. Housing Wide Activities are provided each month. These activities focus on holistic students: socials, educational experiences, wellness, academic success &... FUN!

First Round Offers were emailed out March 26, 2026 for Fall 2026/Spring 2027.

The $300 Advance Rent Payment needs to be paid to hold your room within 30-days of that offer email. We will begin cancelling rooms next week (5/4/26) for those who have not responded to our outreach efforts and have not made that payment.
