Today is finally the day! Our Red Dress Gala week has begun!
Last year we were able to raise over $16,000 and we would like to reach that goal again this year. Due to COVID-19 we can’t have our normal event where 300 plus people come to donate, eat a meal, and get to know The University of Northern Iowa’s Alpha Phi’s and what our connection is to heart health. We focus on women’s heart health because 1 in 3 women are affected by something heart related. Our chapter also donates half of all proceeds directly to Allen Hostpial in Waterloo, Iowa because we find it very important to help our local community as well. Below is the link where you can either give a free will donation, or bid on one (or multiple) of the amazing baskets that our members have made over the past couple of months! Bidding closes on Saturday and is open all week!
We thank our Red Dress Gala team so much for making this event possible through the unexpected twists and turns of COVID. We appreciate all you guys have done!

It was so good seeing our sisters again last night after a long winter break! We had a great time catching up and taking some cute pictures at the Selfie Exhibit! Thank you to our sister for planning this amazing sisterhood for us! We cannot wait to spend more time with all of our sisters this semester ❤️🌿

Hello everyone! Our Sister Marissa was recently chosen to team up with Kappa Sigma Fraternity as their Kappa Sigma Sweetheart. As their sweetheart she has the honor of helping raise money for their philanthropy Military Heroes Campaign. This campaign supports the ongoing care for the US military veterans and their families. This money is donated to our veterans to help assist them with the financial and organizational support they may need.
