Alpha Delta Pi - Epsilon Mu at University of Northern Iowa Alpha Delta Pi is the first secret society for women. At the University of Northern Iowa we are practicing our open motto: "We Live For Each Other." First.

We are First, Finest, Forever. Founded May 15 in 1851 at Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia, Alpha Delta Pi holds the distinction of being the First Secret Society for women. Alpha Delta Pi was founded on the principles of scholarship, leadership, service to others and sisterhood. These principles still guide the policies and programs of the sorority today. Finest. We are one of four sororities at

the University of Northern Iowa. ADPi at UNI takes pride in the fact that each of our members adds a distinct uniqueness to our well-rounded chapter. Through community service, sisterhood activities, cultural enrichment and social events, Alpha Delta Pi strives to continuously enrich the lives of its members. Forever. Members of Alpha Delta Pi build meaningful relationships that last a lifetime. We make fun memories through our sisterhood and various events, and those experiences are what last long after graduation.

Just one week away from watching these ladies move on to the next chapter of their lives!

While ADPi was just a small part of their lives here at UNI, they are both huge parts of this chapter, and we will miss them each day!

From Morgan: I made so many amazing connections the first time I walked through the door. Those connections only grew during my time in the chapter, and continue to grow through all stages of membership. Some of my best friends came from ADPi, and I wouldn’t change that for the world.

From Kaitlyn: When I began talking to the women in the chapter during recruitment, it felt like home. Like I was meant to be with them. I had never had a solid group of women to call “my people,” and that’s something I wanted to have when navigating college. Being in ADPi feels like home to me. I’m surrounded by women who love and support me and encourage me to be the best I can be. It is everything I wanted in a sorority.
