Today, some of our staff traveled to Columbus to attend JPMorgan Chase’s University Relations Day! They spent time learning about the current landscape of higher education, networking with other professionals, and touring the 2 million sq ft facility! 🤩
Here are a few key takeaways:
💼 As students explore potential majors, they are encouraged to evaluate their passions and interests to discern which career path might make a good fit.
💼 Students should be proactive to prepare for the interview process before job applications even open by polishing their resume, updating their LinkedIn, and developing professional skills.
💼 “Digital fluency” is a crucial skill that many employers are looking for. Students aren’t always expected to master AI, but they need to understand how to use it in their field.
💼 Teachability is becoming increasingly rare among candidates. Therefore, students who demonstrate a willingness to learn have a greater chance of standing out among the competition!
