The psychology club made a visit to TLC Learning Center this morning with our largest group of students yet! We had a mixed group of majors there to do fall-themed crafts, play games, color, dance, and read books with the children (and yes, some students even held babies).

With the fog delays for the schools in the area, we even got assistance from a few extra little helpers this time.

Huge kudos goes to this group of students. You all did a great job representing Wright State University Lake Campus.

We were honored today to have one of our most well-known alumni come back to Wright State University Lake Campus and present to our Careers in Psychology class, the one and only Kip Wright.

Kip taught our students about the many links between psychology and the justice system, while entertaining us with his endless knowledge. It is awlays such a pleasure to have him back.

Thanks, Kip!

Psychology alumni Brady Wilson (2019 graduate) and Hannah Ranly (2024 graduate) visited our Careers in Psychology class to present on applying to and getting through graduate school. They gave invaluable advice for our students looking to take on that challenge in the next few years.

Thank you both for coming back to share your experiences with us!

The psychology club busted out the spatulas again today to serve up pancakes and sausage to Wright State University Lake Campus. This has become an event we do every semester as a fun way to engage students, faculty, staff and guests. While we don't make everyone catch their breakfast, it is strongly encouraged to try.

This year we even got brave with our trick shots, getting one to go up and over the beam in front of Dicke Hall.

Shout out to our officers Mara Lozier and Bella Carpenter on a job well done with their first time at the griddles.
