e. In fact, the term "sorority" – meaning sisterhood – was coined for Gamma Phi Beta, and while many other women's fraternal organizations are incorporated as "fraternities," Gamma Phi Beta remains a true Sorority. Connect with more than 234,000 unique women today and discover why our Sorority is a true lifetime experience. The mission of the Gamma Phi Beta Foundation is to support and inspire the lifelong development of women. The Foundation strives to be a premier philanthropic organization that supports world class leadership education for women of all ages, inspires all members to embrace lifelong giving and service and provides financial aid to every member in need. from senior Celia Condon (Missouri-Columbia) from our Alpha Delta (Missouri-Columbia) Chapter!

“How lucky am I to say this house and these women have seen me in every version of my college self. No matter where I am, I feel at home because a GPhi is by my side or close by. These women have seen me laugh and cry, in my highest of highs and lowest of lows and love me all the same. Although I may be speaking to them via FaceTime more often than not in these coming months, I feel forever grateful to be dreading something as special as graduating, knowing it’s this house that is making it the hardest to leave, yet the easiest to always feel close to.

Thank you GPhi and all the girls you’ve brought me! I am eternally grateful.”

To celebrate our outgoing Collegiate Leadership Consultants (CLC), we are sharing their favorite memories of being a CLC!

Ashlyn Gadson (Minnesota – Twin Cities)
"My favorite memory as a CLC was my birthday at Epsilon Theta (Clemson) this past fall! The collegians living in the facility were so excited to take me to a restaurant on campus that makes buffalo chicken grilled cheese. It was so good and so much fun getting to build relationships with the collegians outside of regular work!"

Gamma Phi Beta is so proud of you, Ashlyn!

In honor of Jewish American Heritage Month, we're sharing our members stories:

Hear from Lexi Calderon (Purdue) on what being Jewish means to her:

"Being Jewish has shaped a lot of my values, even in ways I don’t always notice. One of the biggest is the importance of community and showing up for people. I was raised around the idea that you don’t just focus on yourself, you take care of the people around you, you check in, you support, you include. That mindset has carried into how I build friendships and relationships now, especially in college and Gamma Phi Beta.

There’s a strong sense of resilience and pride. knowing the history behind being Jewish, and everything that has been overcome, makes me feel connected to something bigger than myself. It reminds me to be strong, to stand up for what I believe in, and to not take my identity for granted."
