This summer, Ryan, a dual major Business and PCSM senior, put his Penn State education into practice through his internship with PennPak. ☀️📦

His internship gave him hands-on experience while helping him see how supply chain concepts learned in the classroom are applied in the workplace. From preparing shipments to completing daily tasks, he gained valuable experience in the field.

We Are… proud to see our students putting what they’ve learned to work! 🦁

💡 What does LIGHT mean to you?

The new fall exhibition at Penn State Lehigh Valley’s Ronald K. De Long Gallery brings together five artists — Nestor Armando Gil, Lori Hepner, Corinne Lalik, Susan Morelock and Jill Odegaard — to explore light through photography, light painting, fiber, multimedia works and more.

Curated by gallery director Ann Lalik, the exhibition invites students and community members to experience a familiar concept in new ways while exploring the role art can play in curiosity, creativity and learning.

“LIGHT” is on display through Dec. 11, with an artist reception Wednesday, Sept. 23, from 5–7 p.m.

Allentown School District students got a head start on college this summer! 🎓
