Pitch your venture before experienced Gilbert Chamber Foundation judges, gain valuable real-world feedback, grow your network, and compete for cash prizes.

New to pitching? Participants are encouraged to attend our optional Pitch Preparation Workshop on June 9 to help refine their presentations and build confidence before competition day.

The Business & Computing Studies Division at Chandler-Gilbert Community College is excited to share this Maricopa Community Colleges program designed to help learners build in-demand skills in data analytics in just 24 weeks.

Through this live online program, participants will gain hands-on experience in:
• Data Analytics Fundamentals
• Excel
• SQL
• Data Visualization with Power BI
• Python

Students will also earn open digital badges and complete a capstone project to showcase their skills to employers.

The Business & Computing Studies Division at Chandler-Gilbert Community College is excited to offer our AI for Business Microcredential, a practical, hands-on opportunity to explore how artificial intelligence is shaping today’s business world.

In this 12-week, live-online program, participants will learn how to apply AI across key areas, including marketing, customer support, accounting and finance, human resources, and business operations.

Program begins September 14 - December 7
Meets Mondays from 6:00–8:30 PM

What was your favorite Business and Computing Studies event this year?

We asked faculty and students to share the moments that stood out most to them.

Professor Joey’s favorite was the Arizona Career Development Conference (ACDC), Professor Jamie chose the Big Pitch, where students present their business ideas to a panel of entrepreneurial judges for the chance to win real prize money, and our students highlighted the International Career Development Conference (ICDC) and the Career Immersion Tour at ADP as unforgettable experiences.

From competitions and pitch events to leadership opportunities and networking, this year was packed with moments that challenged our students to grow and succeed.

What a fantastic year for the CGCC Coding Club!

Throughout the year, our Coding Club members explored programming, hardware, and problem-solving through hands-on projects, collaborative workshops, and community outreach.

One of the highlights of the year was hosting local students for a special event where our members shared their knowledge and passion for technology. From coding and circuit building to demonstrating real-world applications of computing, our students showcased both their technical skills and their ability to mentor the next generation of innovators.

Whether they were debugging code, assembling hardware, or helping others discover the excitement of technology, our Coding Club members embodied curiosity, teamwork, and leadership.

Congratulations to all of our Coding Club students on a successful year. We’re proud of the creativity, dedication, and enthusiasm you brought to every meeting and event.
