Dogwood Deck will be completely closed June 5–8 for maintenance. UNC Hospitals patients and visitors should use Cardinal Deck during the closure — parking is free.

Transportation and Parking staff will be on-site during peak hours to assist visitors and patients.

Parking is available at Rams Head Parking Deck and Craige Deck for the 2026 Chapel Hill NCAA Baseball Regional at Boshamer Stadium, May 29–31.

Before heading to Commencement, make sure you know your parking and transit options.

Free public parking, ADA parking and Chapel Hill Transit Park & Ride shuttles will be available to help guests get to Kenan Stadium. Please note that some campus lots will be restricted, and weekday permits are not valid during Commencement.

Plan ahead, arrive early and celebrate the Tar Heels! 🐏

Congratulations Graduates! Graduates and guests can ride the Tar Heel Express to Kenan Stadium for Commencement for free! Shuttles start at 5pm and return to the Friday Center after the ceremony. Link with more information in comments.

The easiest way to the front of the action this weekend is on the Tar Heel Express. Service starts at 12:30pm on Saturday and 8:30am on Sunday, from three convenient locations (two with FREE parking!) and drop off at the fan plaza entry!
