Before chapter, our brothers had the opportunity to welcome Dr. Donald Wuebbles, a distinguished climate scientist and Professor Emeritus at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Dr. Wuebbles has made major contributions to climate science throughout his career, including contributing to the work that earned the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize. He also served as a climate science advisor in the White House and has authored over 600 scientific publications.

During his visit, Dr. Wuebbles spoke with our brothers about climate change, the science behind it, the risks we face, and possible solutions. We were also glad to have our chapter founder join us for the presentation.

A huge thank you to Dr. Wuebbles for taking the time to share his knowledge and experiences with our chapter!

Brother of the Month – Andrew Pearson

Andrew has continued to make a huge impact on our chapter through his leadership, hard work, and dedication to the brotherhood. As our Vice President of Recruitment, he has put in countless hours helping grow our chapter and making sure both current and new members feel at home in SigEp.

We’re grateful for everything Andrew does behind the scenes and the example he sets for the brothers around him. His work has helped make our chapter bigger and stronger, and we know he’ll continue to lead by example.

And we are damn proud he’s a SigEp ✌️
