INTRODUCING OUR VP OF ADMINISTRATION, DALY ADAMS 💙✨

"Hi hi! My name Daly Adams, the current VPA of Kappa Alpha Theta. I am a junior from Columbia, South Carolina, majoring in historic preservation and community planning with a minor in Art History.
I joined as a freshman during primary recruitment and I was anxious, biting my nails that theta didn’t want me back. I would call my mom about how much I loved theta and how much I enjoyed seeing how happy the girls were during such a stressful time.
Since joining, I have had two leadership positions I wouldn’t change for the world. I started out at Archivist, preserving the chapters history and organizing composites. Now with an executive position and two years of making life long friendships I feel like the best version of myself with the best girls in my corner! I love my friends 🫶🫶

INTRODUCING OUR VP OF FINANCE ABBY BRAUCHLE 💙✨

"Hey everyone!! I’m Abby, the current Vice President of Finance for the Kappa Alpha Theta Zeta Lambda Chapter. I was born and raised here in Charleston, and I’m majoring in Accounting with minors in Crime, Law, & Society and Business Administration.

As VPF, I’m responsible for monitoring our chapter’s budget, tracking membership dues, and working closely with other positions to help plan their events and coordinate their budgets. It has been so cool to see the “behind the scenes” of what goes into every single event, while also getting to work alongside so many admirable girls. Serving as VPF has been one of my most rewarding experiences throughout college. I’ve had the privilege of becoming so much closer to our chapter while also gaining valuable financial and leadership experience.

I came to college excited and open to new friendships, but never in a million years could I have imagined being so lucky to find a group of people who understand me without having been there for my past. Theta has brought me friendships that will last a lifetime, unforgettable adventures, and the courage to persevere even when things get hard. No words can express how much love I have for our beautiful chapter and all of our extraordinary members.

I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to serve as VPF this past year, and I cannot wait to see what’s in store for the future! TLAM 😊😊"

"Hi! I’m Elaina Elrick, and I’m so excited to be serving as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion! I’m a junior from Salisbury, Maryland, majoring in Communication and Political Science.

Serving as VP DEI has been such a joy! In this role, I’ve had the opportunity to support our members, create spaces for open conversations, and work to make sure every woman in our chapter feels included, heard, and seen. Being able to help create a chapter where everyone feels comfortable being exactly who they are is something I’m incredibly grateful for!

Theta has been the highlight of my college experience. It is the truest love I’ve ever known. Theta has given me the confidence to be exactly who I am and grow into the version of myself that I’ve always wanted to be! I’ve met my best friends for life and created so many incredible memories along the way. I’m so lucky to be surrounded by these amazing women. TLAM 🪁"
