The Mountaineers Athletic Fund and the Office of Alumni Engagement are teaming up to bring you the 2026 Mountaineer Spring Tour, presented by First Horizon Bank. Join us for the second stop in Charlotte on Thursday, April 30, from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at Old Mecklenburg Brewery–Ballantyne.

You’ll have a chance to hear from App State Athletics coaches and staff, in addition to hearing about the Alumni Association’s exciting lineup of fall events and ways to get involved locally.

This event is free! Enjoy a selection of appetizers, and your first drink is on us.

Join the Charlotte Alumni Chapter for another night with the Charlotte Checkers as they take on the Hartford Wolfpack! Catch up with fellow Mountaineers at the game on Wednesday, March 18, at Bojangles Coliseum in Charlotte, NC.

It’s Winning Wednesday, which includes $2 beer specials — and if the Checkers win, our group will receive free tickets to the Sunday, April 12 game!

If you attended our last “A Night with the Charlotte Checkers” game on January 14, you can bring your tickets to the box office for free tickets to this game as part of the Winning Wednesday special!

Those who do not have tickets from last time must purchase tickets ahead of time at the link below — which will include access to the Red Line Club behind Section 123. Meet up with fellow Mountaineers at the Red Line Club at 6 p.m. for a pregame alumni social. Puck drop is at 7 p.m.!

After purchasing, you’ll receive a referral link to share — and anyone who uses it will be seated with you. Ticket access instructions will be sent by Fevo 1-2 days before the game.
