Happy Mother’s Day from the psisters of Phi Nu Kappa Sorority, Inc.

On today, we honor the extraordinary love, resilience, and poise of mothers and maternal figures across the nation. To the mothers, grandmothers, "other mothers," & devoted caregivers. We see you and honor for the countless ways you sustain and empower our communities.

We also keep in our hearts those who are reflecting on the lives of mothers no longer with us. May their wisdom and legacies continue to guide us. 💜💙🌺

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!📓✏️🖍️

This May, we celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week!! Let’s acknowledge that educating the next generation is a passionate practice, not just a job. Teachers give so much of their minds and hearts to their students; you deserve the same level of care and investment you give to your classrooms.

Whether you’re thriving in your lesson plans or just trying to keep your head above water until summer break, Phi Nu Kappa Sorority, Inc. would like to take the time to show you that you are appreciated!!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Join Phi Nu Kappa Sorority, Inc. in taking care of YOU.

Take this time to check in with yourself.
Your mind deserves the same attention and care ad the rest of your body.

Mental health is never linear and you can take small steps to protect peace.

Some things you can do to reset:
Go for a short walk
Meditate
Reach out to trusted family and friends, or a therapist. Some jobs offer EAP services that will provide you with 3 therapy sessions at no cost.

It’s okay to not be okay.
