Teacher assistants, we want YOU!

If you want to finish your bachelor's, become a teacher of record with your own classroom, and get your teaching license, but you need to keep working while you do it, we have the right program for you!

UNC Charlotte's TA to Teacher programs are two years and 100% online, offering a pathway for working TAs who already have their associate degree to finish their bachelor's and prepare for licensure. The elementary education pathway will have starts available in the upcoming spring and summer semesters, and special education will offer a summer 2027 start as well.

The Mebane Early Literacy Center's webinar series are BACK!

Administrators and literacy leaders are invited back to the first SCORE webinar of the academic year on October 14 discussing research in morphological instruction, and all educators are invited to join us for SCORE+TEACH, where we discuss ways to apply that research to everyday classroom practice.

Both sessions will be led by our amazing Cato College faculty, Kristen Beach and Miranda S. Fitzgerald!
