UGA Alumni Association - Charlotte Chapter Welcome to the official Charlotte chapter of The University of Georgia Alumni Association.

This group is for The University of Georgia alumni, friends and Dawg fans. Our mission is to provide opportunities for UGA alumni in the greater Charlotte area to meet one another and celebrate our alma mater. We also encourage family and friends to join and feel welcome at any of our events.

- UGA Grad Year & Major: Class of ‘18, Marketing Major
- Charlotte Neighborhood: Chantilly
- What they do: Enterprise Account Executive for Healthcare and Life Sciences at Docusign
- Favorite Athens spot: GA Theater, North Campus, or the Sandy Creek park where my husband and I went on our first date junior year and got engaged 5 years later.
- Favorite UGA memory: Witnessing our overtime win at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena with my family or finally beating Florida my senior year and travelling to St. Simons/Jacksonville with all my best friends! Non-football related I’d say any time spent on the Georgia Theater rooftop during the first warm days of Spring in Athens.

- Favorite UGA memory: Meeting my (now) wife, Kellie, while we were undergraduates.

Charlotte Dawgs, rivalry week is here! 🐶🏈

We can't wait to see you for this Saturday’s Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry watch party as our Dawgs take on Auburn!

⚠️ Traffic & Parking Alert: Several local events and festivals are happening nearby this Saturday, which means select street closures and tighter parking across Plaza Midwood.
📍 Where: Legion Brewing – Plaza Midwood (1906 Commonwealth Ave)
⏰ Kickoff: 3:30 PM
🪑 Seating: Open seating, first come, first served—arrive early to secure your spot before kickoff!
🍔 Brews & Bites: Full food menu, cold Legion brews, w**e, and non-alcoholic options available.
🐾 All Welcome: Family-friendly and open to all alumni, fans, and friends!

- Favorite UGA memory: Rushing the field in Sanford Stadium after we finally broke the losing streak against Tennessee (26 years ago today!) Go Dawgs!

- What they do: Senior Financial Analyst / Bank of America

- Favorite UGA memory: Senior year, my friends and I watched UGA win the Natty at Paloma and then got to celebrate with everyone out in the streets of downtown Athens. One of those college memories I’ll never forget! ❤️🖤
