⏰ DEADLINE EXTENDED — Financial clearance for Fall 2026 is now due Friday, August 28 at 5:00 PM.

Golden Bulls, this is your final window. You must be financially cleared before you move into your residence hall or attend class — and residence hall students must also be registered for at least 12 credit hours.

Before Friday at 5: • Check your balance — Self-Service → Student Finance → Account Summary • Submit any outstanding financial aid documents • Pay in full or set up a monthly payment plan

$1.03 MILLION in federal Community Project Funding is coming to Johnson C. Smith University! 💛💙 Championed by Congresswoman Alma Adams (NC-12), this investment will power JCSU's Workforce Skills Enhancement through Equipment Initiative — advanced technology, expanded undergraduate research, and hands-on learning for our students.

"This gift is seismic for Johnson C. Smith University," said President Dr. Valerie Kinloch. "This investment in our JCSU students and residents of Charlotte's Historic West End will provide them with the necessary access to technology, workforce development skills and hands-on learning experiences to ensure they are prepared for high-demand careers."
