Charlotte Pirate Club Chapter Although it has been known by a variety of names, its purpose has remained the same.

Since October 1961, the East Carolina University Educational Foundation (Pirate Club) has played an integral role in the growth of the university's athletics program, as well as in the lives of numerous student-athletes.
