ZBT has abolished the long and degrading process of pledging and absolutely does not haze its' new brothers. Mindful of its founding in 1898 as

the Nation’s first Jewish Fraternity, we continue to preserve and cultivate its relationships within our community. We are a diverse fraternity, open to men of any race or religion.
