Institute Spotlight: Engineering ⚙️💡

This summer, our Engineering Institute students put their ideas to the test.

Throughout the week, students explored the engineering design process through hands-on projects involving prototyping, mechanics, electronics, 3D printing, and more. They designed, built, tested, and refined their ideas while learning how engineers use creativity and problem-solving to tackle real-world challenges.

By the end of the week, students walked away with new skills, new ideas, and a glimpse at where a future in engineering could take them.

The next big idea has to start somewhere. Stay tuned for Summer 2027. ⚙️

Institute Spotlight: Sports Medicine 🩺🏃‍♂️

This week, students in our Sports Medicine Institute got an inside look at the science, strategy, and hands-on care that keep athletes performing at their best. From exploring human anatomy and exercise physiology to engaging in lab activities and learning from healthcare and performance professionals, students are gaining firsthand exposure to the many fields that make up sports medicine.

Through immersive experiences both in and out of the classroom, they’re building a deeper understanding of injury prevention, rehabilitation, performance, and the vital role sports medicine plays in athlete health and wellness. We can’t wait to see how this week inspires the next generation of healthcare and performance leaders.
