On STEM day(Oct 26th, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM) undergraduate and graduate students from physics, chemistry, biology, neuroscience, engineering, and astronomy will engage the 6th graders with hands-on experiments. We envision that the students will try most of the demonstrations at each table with the intent that they develop a better understanding of the phenomena studied in each respective field. If you're interested in participating, contact at : [email protected]/[email protected] with a small proposal of what you'd like demonstrate.
