Please join UVA students, faculty, alumni, family, and friends at 7PM, November 3rd for the University of Virginia Center for Global Health Equity Scholar Research Symposium. This annual event brings together students and faculty representing multiple disciplines to share their innovative approaches to addressing global health disparities. This year, we will have the opportunity to hear reflections from Pranay Sinha, MD (MED’ 14) on how his experience as a CGHE scholar enabled him to pursue his dream of studying undernutrition’s impact on TB and advocating for global action. UVA’s Vice Provost for Global Affairs, Ambassador Steve Mull, will introduce the evening’s event and highlight the critical role that the Center for Global Health Equity plays in building citizen leaders, a key initiative of the Great and Good strategic plan.
