Widener University - Pride Recreation Center The Pride Recreation Center offers something for everyone, regardless of interest/athletic skill. We’ve got AMTs, ARC Trainers, treadmills, bikes, and rowers.

You'll uncover opportunities to meet others, stay active, and connect to campus life. Programs/services available to current Widener students/staff only. Our modern facility, which opened in 2006, features the finest equipment from trusted names like
Life Fitness, StarTrac, PreCor, and Cybex. Add some lifting to your cardio with a trip to our upstairs strength training floor, which features stati

ons
for upper and lower body as well as free weights and two functional training areas. Unsure on how you want to sweat it out? We give you a bunch of alternatives, from Zumba to spinning classes. We also have a 24-foot rock wall if you want to get some climbing in. We also offer intramural and club sport programs for student participation, which vary depending on season. For more information on Intramurals and Club sports, check out the bulletin board in the Pride Recreation Center
