The Marketing Academy educates and prepares students in all aspects of the marketing field by providing the necessary knowledge, skills and tools they need to make informed strategic decisions in a rapidly changing, highly uncertain marketplace. Marketing is a highly dynamic discipline that thrives on change – changes in customer attitudes, purchasing behaviors, demographics; industries and competitors; technology; the economy; methods of distribution; and our society and culture. It is the driving force in building and sustaining meaningful and valuable customer relationships, creating and developing new markets, building differentiated brands, and creating successful public and private enterprises. It is our goal to educate students about career opportunities, assist students in training for a future professional career, and to establish professional contacts in business. The Marketing Academy hosts industry-related and career-driven events that are geared towards expanding the knowledge and skills of its members in not only Marketing but also in business at large. By encouraging members to take part in events such as: career-service advising, resume & cover letter workshops, and industry-leading guest speakers, we hope to prepare members for the future by providing networking opportunities via events & enhancing their job potential via workshops. This club also encourages its members to find new and innovative ways to follow the Jesuit model and enrich their own lives and the lives of others. Ping Us: [email protected]
