The 2026 Alzheimer’s report is out!!

7.4 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s today, and that number is expected to continue to grow fast. The impact goes far beyond patients, millions of families and caregivers are carrying a huge load.

There is some progress: new treatments are emerging, and research shows that lifestyle factors like exercise, sleep, and heart health can make a real difference.

But big challenges remain around caregiving, costs, and access to care.
