U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data shows that more than basic people skills were required for 98.3% of Licensed Practical and Licensed Vocational Nurse roles, while speaking was required in more than 99.5%. It is a powerful reminder that successful nursing requires more than understanding procedures and treatments.
