A healthy smile starts with good habits!

October is National Dental Hygiene Month. This a perfect time to refresh your oral care routine and give your smile the attention it deserves!

- Brush twice a day for 2 minutes with fluoride toothpaste.
- Floss daily to remove plaque between your teeth.
- Drink plenty of water to help keep your mouth fresh.
- Limit sugary snacks and drinks to protect your teeth from cavities.
- Visit your dentist regularly for checkups and professional cleanings.

Remember, a little care every day goes a long way toward keeping your teeth and gums healthy. You deserve the best smile!
