Here’s how you vote in 4 easy steps!:

1. Log into MySWC at https://my.swccd.edu/.
2. Scroll down to find the "Colleague Self-Service" menu on the bottom right of the page
3. Click the "Webadvisor for Students" tab
4. Under “Communication”, click on “SWC A*O Elections” to access your ballot and vote!

Good morning and Happy 1st Day of Elections!

Let your students' voices be heard! This is their opportunity to choose the students who will represent them. Please encourage ALL OF YOUR STUDENTS to Vote NOW in our 2023-2024 A*O elections. Online voting is available TODAY, Monday 5/1/23 through WebAdvisor on the MySWC Portal! Voting ends Thursday 5/4/23 at 5:30pm. Election results will be announced Friday, May 5th.

The A*O has vacancies in their Senate that we need to fill for the remainder of the Spring 2023 semester. Now is the chance for YOU to become involved! The A*O hosts what is known as "In-House Elections" in which the current Senators vote in newly qualified candidates to the Senate. Below is the official Spring 2023 A*O online election application.

In order for your application to be approved, you must meet all of the qualifications listed in the A*O Constitution & By-Laws. Your eligibility for office will be verified by the Office of Student Activities and Student Services.

Please be aware of the following dates:
*Elections will commence as follows:
Monday, February 13th: In House Elections available online
Sunday, February 26th: Submission Deadline
Thursday, March 2nd: Candidate Interviews at A*O Senate Meeting (11:45am)

* Note: If elected, you must be available to attend the weekly A*O Senate Meetings every Thursday at 11:45am*

It's a day for LOVE! Let's show some love for our clubs at SWC. The Spring 2023 Club Fair will be held on Tuesday, February 14th, 2023 at Jag Corner (between the MSE Bldg. 60 and the Bookstore).

The Club Fair is a great opportunity to learn more about groups that interest you and how you can get involved.

The midterm elections are next week! Do you know how you’re going to vote? If you are still unsure, here’s your opportunity to learn more about what’s coming up on the ballot.

Join us this Thursday as we welcome High Tech High once again for a Voter Information Fair. Tables with info on each ballot measure will line the walkway in the Jaguar Village. We hope to see you there just like we hope to see you at the polls next Tuesday.
