The Delta Tau Delta experience cultivates leadership. Over 70 members of Gamma Xi have been inducted into Sigma Sigma, and over 50 have been tapped by Omicron Delta Kappa. Gamma Xi brothers have served as Student Body Presidents, Interfraternity Council Presidents, and Class Presidents. Our brotherhood has held leadership positions in athletics, scholarship and a wide range of service initiatives.

Many of our brotherhood have risen to outstanding leadership positions in their careers. They are captains of industry and presidents of companies. They are successful in virtually every walk of life. They are Delts...from Gamma Xi.

August Spotlight: Meet Grady Wilson, a Finance & Accounting major and proud member of the Fall 23’ pledge class. Internally, he has served as our Treasurer. Outside of Delt, he has served as the VP of Operations for Scholars of Finance.

When asked how Delt has helped him, he said, “Coming from Cincinnati, I wanted the chance to build friendships with people from all over. Delt’s diverse mix of majors and backgrounds was the perfect opportunity to help me step out of my comfort zone. Now, I have friends in other cities that I have been able to visit during the summer and after graduation.”

He shared this about his favorite part of being in Delt: “The network we have built here is special. I can always find a brother in the chapter who can offer great advice on classes, internships, or life in general.”

When asked about his favorite Delt memory, he said, “Homecoming week is always a highlight. It is a fantastic time for alumni, family, and friends to gather at the Delt Shelter and celebrate all the hard work we put in during the week.”

Reflecting on why he chose Delt, he said, “I wasn’t convinced a fraternity was right for me when I first arrived at college. However, my random roommates had connections to some older brothers. After meeting the members of the chapter, I knew this was the place to be. From pledging with my roommates to serving on the executive board alongside them, they have become my closest friends throughout college.”

Congratulations, Grady! Thank you for your leadership and dedication to the chapter. We can’t wait to see everything you accomplish after graduation.
