The 13-member Operations team at CREMER’s Dayton, Tennessee facility plays an important role in keeping production running safely and efficiently 24/7. Working across four shifts, the team operates production equipment, manages manufacturing and packaging processes, and supports warehousing and shipping.

With an average tenure of 7½ years, their experience and flexibility help them adapt across products, troubleshoot issues, perform equipment changeovers, and maintain high standards for safety and quality. Their teamwork and communication help keep operations running smoothly across every shift.
