TONIGHT at CCM — The CCM Philharmonia, led by alumni guest conductor Annunziata Tomaro, presents “Mahler Four” at 7:30 p.m. in Corbett Auditorium.

The student orchestra embarks on a 2-year exploration of Mahler’s middle symphonies — beginning with his heavenly Symphony No. 4., featuring student artist Yujin Zeng, soprano.

The performance also features Paul Dukas’ Fanfare from “La Péri” and Caroline Shaw’s Entr’acte.

Get an inside look at CCM's "Echoes of Light" installation at BLINK 2026.

Four CCM Lighting Design and Technology students teamed up to create “Echoes of Light,” a display of music and light on the largest continuous mural in the state. The mural, created by Tristan Eaton in 2022, stands at about 18,000 square feet and features 10 iconic Cincinnati musicians including the Isley Brothers, Doris Day and Bootsy Collins. It was presented during BLINK, the nation’s biggest public light and art festival, from Oct. 8-11 Cincinnati’s Elm Street Plaza.

Experience Puccini's timeless opera "La Bohème," presented by CCM's Opera Series Oct. 29-31, 2026, in Corbett Auditorium. Directed by Jose Maria Condemi and conducted by Aik Khai Pung.

Rent is overdue, but passion burns bright among a group of young friends scraping by on talent, wit and borrowed time. Puccini's soaring arias tell the tale of Mimi, Rodolfo, Marcello and Musetta — dreamers adrift in Paris on the cusp of a new century, where the city is literally reinventing itself. As the first Paris Métro trains rumble beneath, ushering in a breathless age of speed and possibility, life in the garrets above remains unchanged: cold, precarious and lit by the fierce glow of youth. A story that transcends time and place, its message is for the artists, the dreamers, and the everyday people who face challenges but never lose sight of love and connection. Sung in Italian with projected English supertitles.
