Pomona College Career Development Office Welcome to the Pomona College Career Development Office! We strive to inspire, educate, and equip Sagehens for a purposeful and rewarding life.

The mission of the Pomona College Career Development Office (CDO) is to empower students and alumni to utilize their liberal arts education to gain self-understanding, identify their interests, and formulate a career plan. The CDO is here to provide quality resources, services, and advising to help Pomona College students and alumni apply their liberal arts education and life experiences to a life

time of fulfilling opportunities and throughout their career development. We are excited to work with students as they begin and continue exploring career paths.
