The Claremore Progress is preparing a supplement for retired and active-duty members of the U.S. armed services who currently live in Rogers County, are from here originally, or have family living here, so we can detail how they’ve served
our country, and thank them for their commitment. If you fit the bill, or have a family member who does, fill out this questionnaire and mail it, with a photo (include both a service photo and current one, if possible). Mail to Military Salute, c/o Claremore Progress, 103 E Patti Page Blvd Ste 5 Claremore, OK 74017.
You may also email either a scan or retyped copy with photos to [email protected] or drop it by our office, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday -
Thursday.
If you participated in previous years, we can use your submission again; just call or email to let us know when it ran. Deceased persons are eligible. You may use additional space if necessary to tell your story; using this form isn’t required. Include extra sheets, if necessary.
(For photo returns, include self-addressed stamped envelope; those who come to the office can request photos be scanned and returned immediately.)
Deadline for submissions is 4 p.m.Monday, Nov. 2, for inclusion in our special supplement, which will appear in our weekend edition Nov. 7-8
