Rogers State University wishes to announce that it will host a site visit for initial accreditation of its Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) nursing program by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).

You are invited to meet with the site visit team and share your comments about the program in person at a meeting scheduled at 2:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026, in room 236 of the Health Sciences Building on the Rogers State University Claremore Campus located at 1701 West Will Rogers Blvd, Claremore, OK 74017.

Written comments are also welcome and should be submitted to the ACEN via email at [email protected] or to the ACEN office:

The RSU Police Department is offering free active attack training to all RSU students and employees this fall, to prepare the campus in the event of an active attack situation such as a shooter on campus. These training sessions last two to three hours and are available the following dates and times.

• Tuesday, September 15 – 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Wednesday, September 30 – 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
• Tuesday, October 6 – 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Thursday, October 22 – 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Students in Rogers State University’s academic enrichment programs enjoyed time with RSU President Dr. Don Raleigh and First Lady Angela Raleigh last week at the annual AE Dinner.

Held Monday, Aug. 17 on RSU’s Claremore campus, the AE Dinner is an annual tradition to welcome freshman in the President’s Leadership Class and the Honors Program to the university and new year over dinner.
