Cleveland State University OT faculty are bringing their expertise, creativity, and passion for occupational therapy to the Ohio Occupational Therapy Association (OOTA) Annual Conference, October 16–17 in Columbus, Ohio!

From game-based learning and doctoral capstones to student wellness, aquatic therapy, and social prescribing, our faculty are sharing innovative ideas and advancing conversations about OT practice and education.

Tonight, we celebrated 37 new OTD graduates at the Cleveland State University Hooding Ceremony. 💚

A hooding ceremony is more than a tradition — it symbolizes the transition from student to doctoral professional. As each hood was placed, it represented years of hard work, growth, resilience, and the responsibility to serve others with knowledge, compassion, and purpose.

We are incredibly proud of the CSU OTD Class of 2026 and cannot wait to see the impact they make in the communities they serve. Congratulations — your next chapter begins now. 🎓✨
