Trevor Grieb, a 2025 graduate of the Turfgrass Management: Golf Turf Management program at SUNY Cobleskill Ag & Tech, is putting his skills to work at one of golf’s most prestigious events, the U.S. Open ⛳️
We’re proud to see one of our alums representing the College on a national stage. As an assistant superintendent at East Hampton Golf Club, Trevor is helping prepare the course by caring for greens and supporting the team responsible for maintaining championship conditions.
While at Cobleskill Ag & Tech, Trevor had valuable hands-on experiences through the degree program while also competing as a member of our very own Fighting Tigers Baseball team for four years. During his time on the team, he earned North Atlantic Conference Rookie of the Week honors and was later recognized as part of the 2025 NAC Baseball Sportsmanship Team.
Trevor’s journey in the turf industry has been shaped by his experiences during and following college, including internships at Yellowstone Club in Montana and Eastward Ho! in Massachusetts 🌱
