Maryland Figure Skating A competitive club sport! This content is not endorsed, approved, sponsored, or provided by or on behalf of the University of Maryland or its affiliates.

The Maryland Figure Skating Club began at UMD in 2004 and became a club sport in 2007. We welcome skaters of all levels! The club is comprised of two teams: a freestyle team and synchronized skating team. At UMD, we would like to emphasize that school comes first, followed by skating. We would like for the experience to be fun and the rink as a place to get your mind off academic stress. The experience is more important than the results.
