The Construction Science Department is dedicated to education, discovery, development and application of knowledge in the field of construction while fulfilling the land grant mission of Texas A&M University and enhancing the economic development of the State of Texas. Graduate students in COSC 601: Advanced Construction Materials and Methods, taught by Dr. Bonilla, had the opportunity to learn directly from construction industry professionals through three guest lectures this semester.

Thank you to our CIAC industry partners at Tucker Construction, HOAR Construction, Catamount Constructors and VEMAC for sharing their knowledge and real-world perspectives with our students.

These experiences connect classroom learning with current construction practices and give graduate students valuable insight into the companies and professionals shaping the built environment.
