Last week, Help Desk Central welcomed students during Howdy Week! Starting a new semester can be overwhelming, but a warm welcome can make all the difference. Special thanks to Sally Yang, Nicholas Rodriguez, Andrew Lyssy, and Isaac Podolefsky for helping students navigate the technology resources and support available to them as they begin the semester. 👍

Shoutout to Tyson Reddic, Jacob Steffen, Austin Stoker, Peter Walsh, Josh Green, Brad Epps, Kenneth Longway, Liaquat Ali, Nick Rodriguez, and Greg Johnson for jumping in to support recovery efforts in the Student Services Building after a small fire. Thanks to their quick response, restoration crews were able to begin recovery efforts on time and nearly all technology equipment was preserved. Outstanding teamwork and a job well done! 👍

Technology Services came together for our second “Mic’d Up” all‑hands meeting with Interim CIO Michael Leary. Michael shared organizational updates, reviewed employee engagement survey results, and recognized IT employee award recipients for their commitment to excellence.
