The MSAT program is a CAATE accredited professional level graduate athletic training program.

The MSAT program is a professional athletic training program for individuals with a bachelor’s degree but not in athletic training who wish to pursue athletic training credentials by the Board of Certification (BOC) and pursue a career as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). 👏Student Spotlight: September Kudos👍

September Kudos go to Ainsley Cunningham and Ally Montgomery (MSAT '27), who are completing their clinical assignment this fall with Texas A&M Corps of Cadets. Here is what their preceptor had to say,

"Ainsley and Ally have engaged with their rotation at the Corps of Cadets with enthusiasm and professionalism. I have been very impressed by their evaluations of the myriad of injuries they have encountered as well as their attention to detail and patient care. Friday Night Lights, MSAT 2028 🏈✨

First-year students in the Master of Science in Athletic Training program, Caleb Faulkner and Clare Najvar at Rudder High School, along with Dani Del Rio at Bryan High School, are putting their skills into practice and gaining invaluable clinical experience game after game.

💀The journey to becoming an athletic trainer starts with a strong anatomy foundation. First-year students in the Master of Science in Athletic Training program are gaining hands-on experience in the gross anatomy lab, building the knowledge and skills essential for future patient care.

We are excited to watch this cohort grow and develop throughout the program! Gig'em!

MSAT students took center stage during wellness screenings for the TAMU Dance Science Program. Through orthopedic assessments, vital sign collection, and physical examinations, they helped promote dancer health and performance while sharpening their own clinical skills. Excellent job, Aggies! 👍

👏MSAT Student Spotlight👏

August Kudos go to Shea Beadles (MSAT '28), who is completing her clinical assignment this fall with Texas A&M Soccer. Here is what Shea's preceptor had to say,

"I would like to recognize Shea for her outstanding dedication and determination this soccer preseason. She was the lone master's student supporting soccer at the beginning of preseason all while she balanced her 1st year summer classes. She stepped up whenever needed, managing the demands of preseason and continuing to stay on top of her school work. Despite having a lot on her plate, Shea consistently showed up, worked hard, and did a great job handling everything that was asked of her. Her dedication and willingness to step up during a busy time show so much about who she is as a person and as a future clinician. Shea really went above and beyond, and I really appreciate everything she did and continues to do for the soccer team!" Allison Musselman
