A huge thank you to all the Marauders who came out and volunteered with TAMU BUILD this Tuesday!

Company S-2 takes its name from Merrill’s Marauders, the all-volunteer U.S. Army unit that served in Burma during World War II. Their willingness to step up and serve continues to inspire us today

Howdy Marauders!

This month, Mr. Thompson contracted with the Texas A&M Army ROTC , marking a major step toward his goal of becoming an Army officer. We’re proud of his hard work and dedication. In S-2, we take pride in developing leaders who go on to serve across the military and in the civilian sector.

🩺 MARAUDER MONDAY 👨🏼‍🔬

This week’s Marauder Monday spotlight is Mr. Drew Hart ’28, a biomedical sciences major from Hutto, Texas!

Mr. Hart currently serves as Corps Sergeant Major and was the S-2 Guidon for the 2025-2026 School Year. Despite the busy schedule, he still makes time for the important things in life like Duncan lunch with the outfit.

Fun Fact: he can land a kickflip on a skateboard.

After graduation, Mr. Hart plans to attend medical school and become an orthopedic surgeon.

If you see Mr. Hart around the Quad, give him a Howdy!

This past Sunday, S-2 hosted our annual Alumni BBQ and our first joint BBQ with alumni from Companies H-1 and M-2. We had a great turnout from all three outfits, with alumni ranging from the H-1 Class of 1974 to the S-2 Class of 2026. We were proud to host nearly 200 cadets, alumni, and family members.

Thank you to everyone who came out, and a special thank you to the McLemore Family for the custom outfit cookies, Corps of Cadets Association for helping with outreach to former cadets and Field to Family for providing the briskets for the BBQ.
